It is hereby notified that my client Mr. Sergey Ivanov Russian national had issued a Public Notice in the local daily i.e. `The Navhind Times` dated 11.12.2006 and in the winter issue of the Magazine known as `Homes & Estates 
` that my client is having right/interest in the following properties:
- Land bearing survey no. 133/7, known as Unchit Veleche Maad situated in Morjim village, Pernem Taluka, Goa.
- Land bearing survey no. 58/8 , known as Chaal Vitthal Bhaskar situated in Morjim village, Pernem Taluka, Goa.
- Land bearing survey no. 131/1-F , known as Uchitar Veleche Maad situated in Morjim village, Pernem Taluka, Goa.
It was further notified that the said properties are in the name of Artlibori Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and that my client is a Director of the said company and that Mr. Leonid Beyzer and Ms. Yulia Yaskova (both Russian nationals), are fraudulently and illegally disposing the said properties. The public was also cautioned in dealing with the said properties through the said Company and through Mr. Leonid Beyzer and Ms. Yulia Yaskova.
The public is hereby informed that subsequently my client filed a Company Petition bearing No. 11/07 before the Honourable Company Law Board, Principle Bench, New Delhi. The Honourable Company Law Board by its Order dated 08.02.2007 has been pleased to grant interim relief in favour of my client in terms of prayer clause (f) and (h) of the said Company Petition. The said prayers read thus:
(f) `Injunction restraining the Respondents No. 2 and 3 and each one of them from altering the composition of the shareholding of and in the Respondent No. 1 Company in any manner whatsoever and/or altering the composition of the Board of Directors of the Respondent No. 1 Company, without leave of this Honourable Board in any manner whatsoever`.
(h) `Injunction restraining the Respondents No. 2 and 3 and each one of them from transferring any right, title or interest in any manner whatsoever, disposing off, encumbering the properties/assets of the Company or parting with the possession of the same`.
The public is hereby cautioned that in view of the aforesaid Order, any person dealing with the aforesaid properties/shares of the Company through the said Company and/through Mr. Leonid Beyzer and Ms. Yulia Yaskova in violation of the aforesaid Order shall be doing so at their own risk as to the cost and consequences thereof.
